NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER


This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the Veteran Client ("Client") and Wounded Warrior Battle Systems ("Company"), a nonprofit support entity that provides guidance and assistance with VA disability claims on a donation-only basis.


Confidentiality:

The Client agrees not to disclose any proprietary information, processes, forms, correspondence, or communication received from the Company during or after the claims assistance process. All communications, tools, and methods used by the Company are confidential and intended solely for the benefit of the individual Client.


Non-Legal Representation:

The Client acknowledges that Wounded Warrior Battle Systems is not a law firm, does not offer legal advice, and is not accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs or any government agency. All services are consultative in nature, and participation is voluntary.


Limitation of Liability:

The Client agrees to hold harmless and release Wounded Warrior Battle Systems, its volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages resulting from the use of its services. The Company makes no guarantee of outcome or benefit award, as final decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.


Donation Model:

Services are provided based on the scope of assistance requested and received, and Clients are invited to make a voluntary donation as they are able. Donation amounts have no bearing on the outcome of any claim.


Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state in which the Company is headquartered.


By participating in services provided by Wounded Warrior Battle Systems, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
